All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via Australia Post Standard service with a flat-rate shipping charge of $15.00. We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.00.
Delivery can take between 3 - 7 business days within Australian metro areas. Please allow additional time for regional locations. For more precise regional delivery times, please contact Australia Post

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
We please ask that you provide all the correct information as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Australia Post is a trusted service and, as such, Binnowee Candle Co will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Change of Mind
We hope you absolutely love your new Binnowee Candle Co candle! Sadly we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your candle or it has arrived damaged please email us direct at: hello@binnoweecandleco.com.au
Damaged or faulty items
In the instance that you receive an incorrect product or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will be offered or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.
If you believe you have received a damaged, or faulty product, please email us with photographic proof for review. If approved for return, once the item has been received, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed. The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.

We believe creating things of value takes time, that’s why Binnowee Candle Co is focussed on nurturing a more sustainable approach to candle making.
We offer timeless scents, made with pure essential oils to create a healthy eco-friendly candle. We believe in quality over quantity, therefore our candles are created in small batches here on our farm ‘Binnowee’ in the Central West of New South Wales.
